Before The I Do is here for all the practical details around your wedding day — the things that still need to happen while you’re busy getting ready, celebrating and enjoying the moment.
From setting up your DIY décor and preparing your getting-ready spaces to coordinating suppliers and making sure everything is where it needs to be, we step in where you need us most.
You don’t always need a full wedding planner. Sometimes you just need the right person there on the day.
A personal beginning

We celebrated our own wedding at Guinevere Guest Farm. We had spent months planning the details and making the day feel like us.
But as the wedding got closer, we realised there were a few practical things we hadn’t really thought about — who was actually going to set everything up while we were getting ready?
That experience became the idea behind Before The I Do.
A practical, personal and affordable service for couples who have planned their own wedding but still need someone they can trust to bring those final details together.

On-the-Day Coordination
For couples who have done the planning themselves but want someone there on the wedding day to keep things moving, assist suppliers and handle the practical details.
